I have just realized that I have a pet peeve. I hate it when I am practicing something with a male partner and they constantly apologize when it’s their turn to take me down. Sometimes, I have to tell them to never apologize to me because attacking me is what they’re supposed to do. I only ask two things when someone is practicing with me: Never hold back (because I sure as hell won’t) and try not to pull or step on my hair. Other than that, I think everything else is free game. So, for future reference, don’t underestimate me just because I’m a girl. I hate that. And I might just surprise you.
But I think that this problem is subsiding in Aikido since the boys have started teasing me for being aggressive. As an afterthought, here is a link to some females doing a randori. It’s not the best Aikido example ever, but it works as an example.

There are times in life where I feel that the slate should be wiped clean (so to speak) and new beginnings should occur. And I suppose this is one of those times. I’ve always wanted this URL ever since I started calling my blog “mildly neurotic,” and it has a ring to it. So when I bought this domain name, I decided to move my blog here and wipe out all my old entries. I still have my entries in a database file, but you can’t see them (nyah nyah!). Now to rant about my life!
I started this new job last Monday at a company that I won’t name. I do tech support and some light clerical work there; and overall, the job is okay. I find it funny what people have issues with or how frustrated they get just because they get an email reminder every once in a while. It’s ok since I suspect that people who are the higher-ups in businesses are Type A anyways. Sometimes the callers really take it out on you, and you want nothing more than to hang up in their faces. More often than not I find myself sitting at my desk with nothing to do but twiddle my fingers and surf the internet for my next big splurge. I really can’t complain othwerwise.
I aim for this blog to be the Seinfield of blogs, almost like I say that pvp is the Seinfield of comics. This shall be a blog about nothing in particular. I had a ton more things to say for my first post here, but (as usual) I’ve forgotten them all.
